Marayoor jaggery represents a unique variety of jaggery (non-centrifugal cane sugar) derived from fresh sugarcane juice in the Indian state of Kerala.It is an agricultural product created from sugarcane, which is a common and widely grown crop in the Marayoor and Kanthalloor Grama panchayath of Devikulam taluk, Idukki district, especially cultivated by the Muthuva tribe farmers.
